Delete Your Data
1. Delete progress on your device
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Apps and choose Idle Cat Circus Tycoon.
- Tap Storage, then Clear storage (or Clear data) and confirm.
Uninstalling the game also deletes this data. Deletion is permanent.
2. Delete cloud save (Google Play Games)
Once cloud save is in the game and you have used it, your saved game is stored by Google in your Play Games profile. To delete it, open the Google Play Games app or Play Games settings, go to Settings > Delete Play Games account & data, and delete the data for Idle Cat Circus Tycoon only, or for all games.
3. Advertising data
The ads in the game are served by Google AdMob, which uses your advertising ID. To delete or reset it, go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device and choose Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID. To manage data Google holds about you, use Google Account data & privacy.
4. Purchase records
Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own rules. You can see them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
5. Ask us
To ask us to delete anything we hold about you, such as emails you sent us, email support@izanamiarts.com with the subject "Delete my data". We reply within 30 days. We cannot delete data held by Google for you; we will tell you where to do it.
