Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what information Idle Cat Circus Tycoon ("the game") uses, who receives it, and how to delete it. The game is published by Izanami Arts ("we", "us"). Android package name: com.izanamiarts.idlecatcircus.

Summary. The game has no account and no sign-in of its own, and it does not ask for your name, email or any other personal information. Your progress is saved on your device. The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect device and usage data, including the advertising ID, to show and measure those ads. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information you give us

None inside the game. There is no registration, login, chat or user-made content. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to reply to you.

2. Game progress

Your progress (acts, upgrades, currencies, settings) is stored in the game's storage on your device. We do not run a server that receives your progress. If you uninstall the game or clear its storage, that progress is deleted from the device.

3. Advertising: Google AdMob

The game shows banner, full-screen and optional reward video ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). When ads load, Google may collect and process:

Google uses this data for advertising, ad measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention and security. The data is sent over encrypted connections. See Google's disclosure: Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

Consent. The game includes Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where the law requires consent for personalised ads, the game asks for it through Google's consent form.

Ad partners. We plan to add other ad networks through AdMob mediation (Unity Ads, Mintegral, Liftoff and Moloco). When they are added, they may receive the same kinds of data listed above for the same purposes, and this policy will be updated to say so. Google lists the ad technology providers that can serve ads through AdMob here: AdMob ad technology providers.

Your choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads (the path differs by device). Buying "Remove ads" in the game stops the ads it covers from showing.

4. In-app purchases: Google Play Billing

The game will sell optional in-app items (for example remove-ads and gem packs) through Google Play Billing, using Unity In-App Purchasing. Google handles the payment. We never receive your card or bank details. We receive a purchase record (order ID, product and status) so the game can deliver the item and restore it. See Google Payments Privacy Notice.

5. Cloud save: Google Play Games Services

The game will offer cloud save through Google Play Games Services. If you use it, your Play Games player ID and your saved game progress are stored by Google so you can restore progress on another device. This uses your Google Play Games profile; it is not an account with us.

6. Analytics

The game does not include a separate analytics service. If we add one, we will update this policy before the version that uses it is released.

8. Permissions

The game uses internet access and network state to load ads and, when available, cloud save. The ads SDK adds the advertising ID permission. The game does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

9. Children

The game is for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Keeping and deleting data

We keep emails you send us only as long as needed to answer them. Data held by Google is kept under Google's policies. To delete your data, see Delete Your Data, or email support@izanamiarts.com and we will help.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change adds a new kind of data or a new partner, we will update this page before the game version that uses it is released.
