Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of Idle Cat Circus Tycoon ("the game"), published by Izanami Arts ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
2. Virtual items and currency
The game contains virtual currency (such as coins and gems) and virtual items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. You get a licence to use them in the game; you do not own them. We may change their balance, price or effect as part of updates.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; request them through Google Play. Purchases are tied to the Google account used to buy them.
4. Ads
The game shows ads. Some ads are optional and give an in-game reward when watched to the end. A "Remove ads" purchase stops the ads it describes in the store.
5. Your progress
Progress is saved on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or losing the device can delete progress. We are not responsible for lost progress, but we will try to help if you email us.
6. Fair use
Do not cheat, modify the game, use tools that change its behaviour, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful. We may reset progress or items gained this way.
7. Ownership
The game, its name, art, characters, music and code belong to Izanami Arts or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them outside the game.
8. Provided as is
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. We may change, suspend or stop the game or any feature.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Izanami Arts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law of your country of residence gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.
