Join the test
The game is in closed testing on Android. To join:
- Join the tester group: groups.google.com/g/circus-closed-testing. Use the Google account that is signed in to Google Play on your phone.
- Accept the test on Google Play: play.google.com/apps/testing/com.izanamiarts.idlecatcircus.
- Install the game from the Google Play link on that page. Updates come through Google Play.
Please keep the game installed for at least 14 days.
Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it. Cloud save through Google Play Games is planned; once it is in the game, you can save to your Play Games profile and restore it on another device.
I got a new phone. Can I move my progress?
Only through cloud save, once it is available. Progress that was only on the old device cannot be recovered by us, because we do not store it.
How do I restore my purchases?
Use the same Google account you bought with. Permanent purchases such as remove-ads are restored when you install the game again and sign in to Google Play with that account. Items that are used up, such as gems, are added to your save when bought and are not restored separately. If something you paid for is missing, email us with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) from your purchase receipt.
How do I remove ads?
Buy a "Remove ads" option in the in-game store. The store shows which ads each option removes.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Google Play. Request a refund from Google Play (play.google.com > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history), or email us and we will help.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@izanamiarts.com with what happened, what you expected, and the steps to make it happen again. A screenshot or screen recording helps. Include your device model, Android version and game version.
